**材料比例（小瓶子实验配方，约 1 公斤液体）**
* 洗米水（第一遍洗米水） **800 g（约 800 ml）**
* 红糖（或蜂蜜/红糖粉） **50 g**
* 新鲜蒲公英叶或者蔬菜叶（切碎） **150 g**

## ⚗️ 制作方法
1. 把洗米水倒入干净瓶子。
2. 加入红糖，搅拌溶解。
3. 把蒲公英叶或蔬菜叶切碎，加进去。
4. 瓶子不要拧得太紧，留点小缝隙透气（也可以用纱布盖口）。
5. 放在常温（20–30℃）下发酵 **2–5 天**。

## 🌸 成功的标志
* 液体变成浅棕色/微浑浊；
* 有酸甜的气味（类似酸奶、酒酿味）；
* 有少量气泡产生。

* **喷在堆肥上**：稀释 10 倍（比如 100 ml EM液 + 900 ml 水）。
* **鸡，鸭，鹌鹑饮水**：每升水加 10–20 ml（1–2%）。
* **鸡，鸭，鹌鹑饲料**：每公斤饲料加 10–20 ml，拌匀即可。

* Rice wash water (first rinse) **800 g (≈ 800 ml)**
* Brown sugar (or honey/brown sugar powder) **50 g**
* Fresh dandelion leaves or vegetable leaves (chopped) **150 g**

## ⚗️ Preparation Method
1. Pour the rice wash water into a clean bottle.
2. Add the brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
3. Chop the dandelion leaves or vegetable leaves and add them in.
4. Do not tighten the bottle cap completely—leave a small gap for air, or cover with gauze.
5. Let it ferment at room temperature (20–30℃) for **2–5 days**.

## 🌸 Signs of Success
* The liquid turns light brown / slightly cloudy;
* It has a sweet-sour aroma (similar to yogurt or rice wine);
* Small bubbles appear.

* **Compost spray**: Dilute 10 times (e.g., 100 ml EM solution + 900 ml water).
* **Chicken, duck, quail drinking water**: Add 10–20 ml per liter of water (1–2%).
* **Chicken, duck, quail feed**: Add 10–20 ml per kilogram of feed and mix evenly.
