ORDER IN 4 EASY STEPS:

Add your personalization name. Please indicate the cup size, color, corresponding initials, and corresponding name in the order "Notes about this order" message.

Example: 

1).15oz red mug - A - Anna

2).15oz red mug - A - Angel

3). 15oz blue mug - A - Anson

4). 15oz blue mug - A -  Ambrose

...

We can do up to 15 characters per name line including spaces.

The more text the letter smaller will be.

If no name is given, just the name on our design will be printed.

Then, press the "Next Step" button. 

3. In the newly opened page, enter information about address etc.

    Already have our “Account Number”, you can enter. 

    There is no "Account Number". You can enter: 1234567

    When you need our "Account Number". You can email to us PBT@lydiaenochzhou.com

   We will sent the "Account Number" to you, so can have a little more help with following up on       orders. Of course, we will try our best to handle every order.

   Then, press the "Next Step" button. 

4.In the newly opened page, Select a payment method and enter payment account information. Then, press the "Next Step" button. Now, you complete checkout and you're all set!

Quality control

There are multiple quality control checks throughout the process. District Photo's operators are trained to recognize poor quality, low resolution, or corrupt print files. Their goal is to exceed expectations as your production partner.

Packaging control

Mugs are shipped in polystyrene boxes that are easy to use, with the two-part pack slotting together to provide all-round secure protection, including a slot for the handle. The packaging has been specifically designed to keep the mug intact during transit. There is a hole in the mug packaging and it is an air hole that prevents suction. Otherwise, it would not be possible to pull the package apart and take the mug out.
