1. Egg 60-65g/pc 1 per bowl
2. Honey 15g per bowl
3. 2% fat milk 150ml per bowl
Production Method:
1. Beat eggs in a ceramic bowl, add 15g honey, mix well.
2. Warm 150ml of milk in microwave or hot water, about 39-45 degrees Celsius. Make more bowls of stewed milk and eggs to double the amount of milk.
3. Slowly add 150ml of warm milk into the bowl with egg mixture and honey, and stir until all 150ml of milk is added to the bowl, and stir well.
4. Add water to the steamer and turn on the stove. When the water boils, put the egg and milk bowl into the pot, and cover the bowl with a ceramic plate to prevent water vapor from entering. Then, cover and steam. The time is about 8-10 minutes, the specific time depends on the pot and stove to adjust.
5. When it's time to steam, turn off the oven. Let the simmered milk eggs simmer in the pot for about 10 minutes and it's ready to eat.

5. 蒸的时间到了,关炉。让炖的牛奶鸡蛋在锅里焖大约10分钟,就可以吃用了。
