我们的房屋规则如下  
为确保每位客人的安全和彼此尊重,我们制定了以下房屋规则: 
1. 我们这里也包括有三一真神同在的基督的教会和基督教教育院校。我们这里适合那些真诚地信靠三一真神,信仰纯洁的真基督徒和慕道者学生们入住。我们不是为出租,我们只是收取一些维护费用。床位承重范围是小于120公斤,床位空间适用臀围小于120厘米。我们的入住者是能保持维护安全,安静,整洁干净的人士,身心健康无任何过敏因由,有良好的生活习惯。我们是位于24小时摄像头视频监控加保安监管的小区,入住者办理入住时,需要出示你已经有的美国政府的入境许可签证护照或美国政府认可的相关证件,身份证,学生证等,才可入住。 我们有一只中型爱斯基摩犬,有时白天可能会吠叫。在自己的房间范围里,有时到户外。晚上基本上安静。入住者需要理解神给我们有一只狗。
2. 入住者需要正在做符合圣经原则的工作或学习。

6. 每个预订入住时间是入住日 12:30PM - 8:00PM, 退出时间是退出日 8:30AM-11:00AM 当需要的时候,请在上一个预订有效期到之前,提前一天做好下一个预订
7.提前一个工作天以上办理入住或者退出手续。办理入住时间是周一到周日12:30 PM -20:00PM。办理退房是退房日期的早上8:30AM~11:00AM前。特殊情况要看可以预约情况而定。押金将依照协约退还给宾客。
8. 为了相互尊重安全的需求,我们使用安全检查措施办理入住手续,每个携带行李箱也将被检查。我们不看属于个人隐私物品。为了确保所有入住者的安全和健康,严禁醉酒,吸烟,赌博,窥探别人私隐,或吸毒等。发现有不良行为的人,我们会让该名客人立即离开并举报。 
9.为了保持房间整洁,进入房源的时候,请脱掉室外鞋,使用你自己的室内鞋。感谢你的理解与配合。
10.客人只允许携带自己个人衣物,个人提电脑,个人手机,个人用日品,个人日用食品,个人背包,个人行李箱进入房源。并且,你需要确保你所携带使用的手提电脑和手机是安全产品,以保障电力安全。如有产生损害,按实际赔偿。额外电器的使用需向屋主申请和支付对应费用。不允许携带产生噪音的物品,任何宠物,和不合常理的物品进入房源。不得占用非许可的范围空间。违反此规定的客人会被要求立即离开。
11.为了保障卫生健康,请自行准备纸巾,毛巾,个人空间清洁剂等个人清洁用品。为保障大家都能使用运作正常的洗漱间,当使用洗漱间,浴缸沐浴等区域时,请留意保障管道畅通;可溶解在马桶的纸巾可以丢进马桶。请将其他类型的纸巾,头发等杂物投放进垃圾桶,请不要放进马桶,浴缸等范围。严禁在这个浴室内使用染发剂等容易造成清洁问题的产品。违反这个规则需要承担清理的责任。请尽量管理每次使用浴室厕所的沐浴时间大约在15分钟,办理其他事务也请尽量合适时间内办理好,留意其他人的需要使用。洗漱间每次使用完毕时需要大致基本上整理好浴室,以便利于其他需要使用的人或自己的下一次使用。感谢理解与合作。在每个房间,我们配有桌子,方便每个人的整理妆容。非常感谢你的理解与合作。
12. 在生活中的各个方面,我们一直全采用天然和有机的物品。我们这里不允许使用强烈气味的人和过于强烈气味化学用品香水或香气。请使用温和有机天然物品,保护我们的健康生活环境,和我们居住环境空气清新自然健康。
13.为了互相照顾,保持安静的学习和休息,请在需要时使用耳机。为了保护您的耳朵,建议你将耳机的音量调节到适合耳朵听力以获得舒适的音量。打电话到室外花园外面,并且控制音量,或使用短信等进行通信。 
14.每天晚上9点PM到早上6点AM,是睡觉时间,需要保持安静 。在白天,也有人在学习,休息或工作。 请在使用每道门进出时,请留意确定关门时保持门安静,不会发出大力关门的声音,以帮助彼此爱护。需要在晚上9:00PAM前回来。 当你有特殊情况,需要在晚上9点PM之后回来时,请告知屋主,并且,你需要保持一切安静,因为彼此爱护,因为其他人正在睡觉和休息。
15.客人居住期间,自己照管好自己的财物,时间,能力和安全。互相尊重,友善友好。但对于他人要求进行不符合自己许可范围的事情行为应予以拒绝,对不良行为请及时报告屋主来处理。我们不对客人自己任何的财物,健康,精神上等各事项果效负责。
16.在居住期间,住客需要尽量对自己使用的范围定期清洁,保持整洁。所使用的房间里的个人的日常垃圾,请按时及时清理。小区里绿色的垃圾箱是放生活垃圾的;蓝色的垃圾箱是放环保垃圾的。退房时清洁好房间,带走你的垃圾,保持在你最初进入时的相同状态。如果有人把房间弄得乱七八糟,胡乱移动家具,留下过多的垃圾,我们会收取额外的100美元清洁费。
17.我们的房源只允许入住者进入。当你有访客来找你,可以在门前的小花园或者到附近的公共场所会面。我们的每一个房间设置住一个人。为了房源里的每个人的安全,当你有来访的人或者同行的人需要入住,需要提前和屋主说,提前帮有需要的客人预定另外的房间。不得带入超出预订的访客和客人进入在我们房源里和住宿睡觉过夜。当有客人在没有提前预订的情况下在我们的房源内住宿睡觉过夜,这样的客人每人每晚都会被收取200美元补偿款,  并且和带这样的客人来的住客都将不被允许再进入我们的房源。
18.请爱护好门,墙壁,窗户,家具,电器等房子的装修和设施,不要有任何损害的行为。当有人有产生损坏房源的事件,这个人需要按照实际造成的亏损金额赔偿。 
19.为了爱护房源里和邻舍的安全,房源内严禁使用任何方式的明火。如果发现有客人使用任何方式的明火,这位客人将被要求离开房源,不得再进入房源,按金也无法收回。并且,如果产生任何损害,将被收取对应的费用。
20.请留意,我们的地址无法用于客人办理银行账户,驾驶执照,代收各类信件等任何的事务。客人不可以使用我们的地址办理任何事务。当有人违反这个规则,将无法收回押金,并需要根据实际情况支付赔偿款项。当客人有需要的时候,可以参考相关建议,在相关代收信件和快递的营运机构自己办理个人邮箱。
21.请保管好房间的钥匙。退房时,请将钥匙交回给屋主。遗失房间的每一个钥匙,每一个锁将需要支付$80美元更换锁的费用。
22.客人退出场地时请携带好自己的物品。客人不带走物品,将被视为不要了,我们将在客人退场地满10分钟时清理。  
23.客有任何未尽事项,彼此本着相互尊重理解,友善友好的原则商议来确定解决方案。

Our TownHouse Rules   
 
To ensure the safety of each guest and mutual respect, we have formulated the following house rules:
1. We also include Christian churches and Christian educational institutions with the presence of the Triune True God. We are suitable for true Christians and catechumens who sincerely believe in the Triune True God and have pure faith. We are not for rent, we just charge some maintenance fees. The bed load-bearing range is less than 120 kg, and the bed space is suitable for hip circumference less than 120 cm. Our residents are people who can maintain safety, quietness, cleanliness, physical and mental health, no allergies, and good living habits. We are located in a community with 24-hour camera video surveillance and security supervision. When checking in, residents need to show your existing US government entry permit visa passport or relevant documents recognized by the US government, ID card, student ID card, etc. before you can check in. We have a medium-sized Eskimo dog, which may bark sometimes during the day. In the range of its own room, sometimes outdoors. It is basically quiet at night. Residents need to understand that God has given us a dog.
2. The Residents need to be doing work or study that is in line with biblical principles.

4. You need to tell us the reason for your rental and the entire use plan. In addition, you need to have a friend or relative as a guarantor and leave their contact information. The account is a reference to understand a person's basic life information. In order to protect the safety of each guest and respect each other, when possible, please tell us your Facebook, or WeChat circle, etc. before booking so that we can fully understand you.
5. Your reservation must have your name. The authorized space cannot be transferred to others for use. Non-refundable.
6. The check-in time for each reservation is 12:30PM - 8:00PM on the check-in date, and the check-out time is 8:30AM-11:00AM on the check-out date. When necessary, please make the next reservation one day in advance before the expiration of the previous reservation.
7. Check-in or check-out procedures must be completed at least one working day in advance. Check-in time is 12:30 PM - 20:00 PM from Monday to Sunday. Check-out is between 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM on the morning of the check-out date. Special circumstances will depend on the availability of reservations.The deposit will be returned to the guest in accordance with the agreement.
8. In order to respect the needs of mutual safety, we use security inspection measures to check in, and each suitcase will be checked. We do not look at personal privacy items. In order to ensure the safety and health of all guests, it is strictly prohibited to be drunk, smoke, gamble, pry into other people's privacy, or take drugs. If anyone is found to have bad behavior, we will ask the guest to leave immediately and report it.
9. In order to keep the room clean, please take off your outdoor shoes when entering the house and use your own indoor shoes. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
10. Guests are only allowed to bring their own personal clothing, personal laptops, personal mobile phones, personal daily necessities, personal daily food, personal backpacks, and personal suitcases into the house. In addition, you need to ensure that the laptops and mobile phones you carry are safe products to ensure power safety. If damage occurs, actual compensation will be paid. The use of additional electrical appliances requires application to the owner and payment of corresponding fees. Noise-generating items, any pets, and unreasonable items are not allowed to enter the house. Unauthorized space must not be occupied. Guests who violate this rule will be asked to leave immediately.
11. In order to ensure hygiene and health, please prepare personal cleaning products such as paper towels, towels, personal space cleaners, etc. to ensure that everyone can use the bathroom in a normal operation. When using the bathroom, bathtub and other areas, please pay attention to ensuring that the pipes are unobstructed; paper towels that can be dissolved in the toilet can be thrown into the toilet. Please put other types of paper towels, hair and other debris into the trash can, please do not put them in the toilet, bathtub and other areas. It is strictly forbidden to use hair dyes and other products that are prone to cleaning problems in this bathroom. Violation of this rule requires responsibility for cleaning. Please try to manage the bathing time of the bathroom and toilet to about 15 minutes each time you use it. Please handle other matters as much as possible within a suitable time and pay attention to the needs of others. The bathroom needs to be roughly tidied up after each use to facilitate other people who need to use it or your next use. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. In each room, we are equipped with a table to facilitate everyone to tidy up their makeup. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
12. In all aspects of life, we have always used natural and organic items. We do not allow the use of strong-smelling people and overly strong-smelling chemical products, perfumes or fragrances. Please use mild organic and natural products to protect our healthy living environment and the fresh, natural and healthy air in our living environment.
13. In order to take care of each other and maintain quiet study and rest, please use headphones when necessary. In order to protect your ears, it is recommended that you adjust the volume of the headphones to a comfortable volume suitable for your ears. Call outside the outdoor garden and control the volume, or use text messages to communicate.
14. Every night from 9 PM to 6 AM is bedtime, and you need to keep quiet. During the day, some people are studying, resting or working. When using each door to enter and exit, please make sure that the door is closed quietly and there will be no sound of slamming the door to help each other care. Need to come back before 9:00 PAM. When you have special circumstances and need to come back after 9:00 PM, please inform the owner, and you need to keep everything quiet, because we love each other, because others are sleeping and resting.
15. During the stay, guests should take care of their own property, time, ability and safety. Respect each other and be friendly. However, requests from others to do things that are not within their own scope of permission should be rejected, and bad behavior should be reported to the owner in time for handling. We are not responsible for any of the guests' own property, health, mental and other matters.
16. During the stay, guests need to try to clean the area they use regularly and keep it tidy. Please clean up the personal daily garbage in the room on time. The green trash cans in the community are for domestic garbage; the blue trash cans are for environmentally friendly garbage. Clean the room when you check out, take away your garbage, and keep it in the same state as when you first entered. If someone makes a mess in the room, moves furniture randomly, and leaves too much garbage, we will charge an additional cleaning fee of $100.
17. Our house is only open to guests who already booking. When you have visitors, you can meet them in the small garden in front of the door or in a nearby public place. Each of our rooms is set up for one person. For the safety of everyone in the house, if you have visitors or companions who need to stay, you need to tell the owner in advance and book another room for the guests in need in advance. Visitors and guests exceeding the reservation are not allowed to enter our house and sleep overnight. When a guest stays overnight in our house without making a reservation in advance, such guests will be charged a compensation of US$200 per person per night, and the guest who brought such guests will not be allowed to enter our house again.
18. Please take good care of the decoration and facilities of the house, such as doors, walls, windows, furniture, electrical appliances, etc., and do not do any damage. When someone damages the house, the person needs to compensate according to the actual amount of loss caused.
19. In order to protect the safety of the property and neighbors, any open flame is strictly prohibited in the property. If a guest is found using any open flame, the guest will be asked to leave the property and will not be allowed to enter the property again, and the deposit will not be recovered. In addition, if any damage occurs, the corresponding fee will be charged.
20. Please note that our address cannot be used for guests to handle bank accounts, driver's licenses, collect various letters, etc. Guests cannot use our address to handle any matters. If someone violates this rule, the deposit will not be recovered and compensation will be required according to the actual situation. When guests need it, they can refer to the relevant suggestions and apply for a personal mailbox at the relevant letter collection and express delivery operating agency.
21. Please keep the room key. When checking out, please return the key to the owner. For each key of the room lost, each lock will be required to pay $80 for the replacement of the lock.
22. Please take your belongings with you when you leave the venue. If the guest does not take the belongings, it will be deemed that they are not needed. We will clean up after the guest leaves the venue for 10 minutes.
23. If the guest has any unfinished matters, we will discuss and determine the solution based on the principles of mutual respect, understanding, and friendship.
